Design a Memorial for Your Loved One
As you design your headstone, you will need to decide on the size, shape,and color,as well as on the density of the granite.
Although slants have uniform fronts, backs,and bottoms, the top can be straight, serpentine, or oval. And although these headstones are wide and
short - rather than tall and long like upright headstones - you still have some leeway in the specific dimensions that you choose.
We make all of our headstones out of granite, but you'll still need to decide which color of granite you prefer. Gray and black are more
conservative and often cheaper, while exotic colors will both stand out more and cost more money.
The density of the granite will also affect the price. The denser the granite, the longer it will last. However, dense granite also tends to be more
expensive. Talk to one of our consultants to learn more about how the density of granite affects its longevity.
